Kids on Sunday

children Doing HandstandsKids on Sunday (KOS) is our Sunday school program that runs each Sunday during the school term for primary aged children. Parents sign their children in on entry to the 9am service and leave during the service when prompted. Children are signed out by their parents at the conclusion of the service or soon after.

This is a fun and educational program for children aged four and upwards. Children will make new friends and learn about the love of Jesus. Age-appropriate activities are run and teaching providing during the morning, with the children joining in group and class activities.

Rock Solid

youth Bible StudyCatering for high school aged children ,Rock Solid is a fortnightly programme run during the 9am Sunday Church service during the school term. Rock Solid participants exit during the service and enjoy discussion and age-appropriate teaching based on practical Christian living for young people.

Participation is welcome without notice - just listen out for the direction during the 9am Sunday service. David and Sandra lead this group.

Youth rampage

youth GamesYouth Rampage is a Friday evening of fun activities and equipping for life as a follower of Jesus Christ. It provides weekly events for young people that focus on real and everyday issues that relate to life and God.

A typical night includes plenty of time to catch up with old friends and meet new ones, games or activities, discussion and practical teaching from the Bible. A yearly camp and other off-site activities are also planned subject to numbers.

Who: Young people in High School (or high school aged).

Tots on Tuesday

tot sFunTots is a place for babies, preschoolers and their parents to enjoy playing, singing, games and craft together in a safe and pleasant environment.

Who: Children from birth to pre-school and their parent/s.

Where: Progress Court, Harlaxton.

When: 9.00 to 11.15am Tuesdays during the Qld State school term.

Boys Brigade

boys Brigade With FlagsThe aim of Boys Brigade is to teach the boys about leadership principles, Christian values and respect for each other and the environment. The purpose is to provide balanced personal development and leadership training.

A weekly programme usually will contain games, learning of new skills, development friendships, and the promotion of a positive outlook on life. BB often has camps, sleep-overs, outings, visits, and local and state-wide competitions throughout the year.

Girls Brigade

girls SingingGirls' Brigade is an international organization which supports the family, serves in the community, and meets the needs of girls today.

Our aim is "to help girls to become followers of the Lord Jesus Christ and through self-control, reverence, and a sense of responsibility to find true enrichment of life".

Our program includes aspects of physical (from games and hiking, to camping), educational (life skills and new interests), spiritual (learning more about yourself and God), and social (relating to others, community service, gardening, etc.)
